Practical Guidelines for Smooth Class Experience:
1. Arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class to avoid disrupting ongoing sessions and fellow participants.
2. Notify us in advance via the app, PC, or SMS if you are unable to attend a class (for our registered members).
3. Please wear a pair of fresh socks and/or ensure well-groomed feet for hygiene purposes.
4. We recommend wearing sportswear, preferably tight pants, for optimal movement during the sessions.
5. Avoid wearing clothes with zippers to prevent any potential damage to the equipment.
Our Class Details:
- Weekly Schedule: Classes are held on a weekly basis, excluding public holidays and unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the affected classes will be rescheduled to the following week. Please note that there may be adjusted timetables during school holidays.
- Flexible Booking: We understand that schedules can be unpredictable, which is why we offer a flexible booking system.
- Lesson Expiry: Purchased lessons are valid for 16 weeks, starting from the date of your first scheduled class. For instance, if you book your first lesson on October 1, your 16-week period begins at that time.
- Cancellation Policy: You have the option to cancel a class up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time.
- Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to unexpected circumstances, including trainer illness or low attendance. For mat mastery classes, we require a minimum of 4 participants, 2 participants for reformer and chair & rebel classes, 3 participants for springtone classes. If a class is canceled, you can easily reschedule it for another available time.
- Timetable Changes: In case of unforeseen circumstances, we may need to make changes to the timetable. Please note that we are not responsible for providing substitute trainers in such situations.
- Refund Policy: Previously paid purchases for any service are non-refundable. However, we are happy to discuss alternative options such as transferring the value to gift cards, other services, or transferring it to a third party.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND PILATES CLASSES?

However, for those seeking more noticeable results in terms of strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, we suggest attending classes two to three times a week. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a class reservation, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow other members to take your place. Late cancellations or no-shows are booked as a normal class.
